履帶底盤的優(yōu)點是著地面積比車輪式大，所以著地壓強小；另外與路面粘著力較強，所能提供的驅(qū)動力大。履帶底盤通過將環(huán)狀的循環(huán)履帶環(huán)繞在驅(qū)動輪和一系列滾輪外側(cè)，使車輪不直接于地面接觸，而是通過循環(huán)履帶于地面發(fā)生作用，再通過驅(qū)動輪帶動履帶，實現(xiàn)車輪在履帶上的相對滾動的同時，履帶在地面反復(fù)向前鋪設(shè)，從而帶動底盤運動。

履帶式底盤一般采用仿坦克結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，即在底盤兩側(cè)布置一對帶有驅(qū)動裝置的雙履帶結(jié)構(gòu)。每個履帶機構(gòu)由一個驅(qū)動輪，一個導(dǎo)輪和多個負重輪組成，通過安裝時的對輪系限位，將包在外側(cè)的履帶張緊，驅(qū)動輪帶動履帶相對車輪移動，導(dǎo)輪限制履帶在運動中的位置，負重輪支承整個車體的重量。

本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計用于接收散裝顆粒。直接從大容量自卸卡車，以最高625m3/小時的給料速度（速度取決于物料密度）接收密度最大為1.6 t/m3的散裝顆粒，并直接運輸?shù)揭粋�移動粉碎設(shè)備、篩選設(shè)備或其他工藝設(shè)備。

This product is designed to receive bulk particles. Receicing the bulk particles which the maximum density is 1.6 t/m3, and in the max feending speed of 625 m3/h(the speed depends on the material density), and the bulk patrticles will be transported directly from large-capacity dump truck to a mobile crushing plant, screening equipment or other process equipment.

堆料裝置適用于各種塊狀、粒狀等松散物料堆場堆料。它包括：行走機構(gòu)；進料裝置；皮帶機系統(tǒng)；臂架俯仰機構(gòu)；臂架旋轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)；液壓控制系統(tǒng)；司機室；配電系統(tǒng)（移動式電站或電纜卷筒）等。
